What payment method do you accept?

We accept Dedit/Credit Cards (Stripe), PayPal, Ideal.

 

How fast my order will be processed?

An order usually processed at the same or next day. Note, that it can take longer during holidays or sales. If your order is made on the weekend, it should be processed the following business day. 

 

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You might cancel your order within 24 hours after you have placed it. Please contact us at info@ohoneylemon.com and provide your order number, we will help you. Personalized order is not possible to cancel. 

 

Is it possible to change my order or to add something?

Once you finalized your order, it is not possible to make any changes. If you would like to add something more from our webshop to your order, you will need to make a separate order. 

Also, you might cancel your order in 24 hours (excluding personalized items) and place a new one. Please contact us at info@ohoneylemon.com, and we will help you.

 

If I want to refund or exchange O'Honey Lemon items?

Please refer to our Refunds & Exchanges page and contact us at info@ohoneylemon.com for any additional information.

 

How will I know that my order is completed?

Once you submit your order in our online shop, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number when your order is sent to you.

 

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?

It might happen if the billing address you are using does not match the billing address tied to your card. Please make sure to double-check that the billing address is correct, and then try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information.

I’m having troubles placing an order online, can you help?

From time to time, you may experience difficulties out of our control, and we understand this can be a little frustrating. We recommend trying the following:

• Clear your cache and any cookies from your browser.

• Try a different web browser - using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are the easiest to browse and shop on most websites, including ours.

• Log in/log out of your account again.

• Change world store views (for example, if you are on the US, switch to NL, then switch back to the US to reset things).

• Try using a different device (sometimes using a desktop may help).

Which language shall I use to enter my address?

The best will be if you will enter your shipping address in English. It will help to avoid delays or problems with shipping.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. You can check the Delivery rates for each region. If you didn’t find your country in a list and you would like to order O'Honey Lemon stationaries to your country, please contact us at info@ohoneylemon.com.

 

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed from our fulfillment facility in Helsinki, Finland or Haarlem, the Netherlands. From there, please allow approximately 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within Europe and anywhere from 4-21 business days for international orders depending on the selected shipping method. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.

 

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes, once your order will be sent, you will receive an e-mail with all details within 24 hours.

 

If I didn't receive my order and it's lost?

Within 24 hours after the shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number of your order. This number you can use to track the location of your order. 

 

Delay. If you can see that it is a delay or there are no updates, you can contact postal service that is handling your order to clarify the current status of your order. 

Lost. First of all, try to check your neighbors to understand if the package wasn’t left there. Then contact your local post office or postal service that is handling your order and clarify about the shipment. 

 

We kindly ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within ten days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume the responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ we are no longer responsible for the particular package.

Please note, that O'Honey Lemon is not responsible for refunding or reshipping orders which were lost due to an incorrect address at checkout.

 

If I have received faulty goods?

Please contact us at info@ohoneylemon.com and provide photos and proofs of the faulty, and our team will contact you.

 

If my order is international shipping, do I need to pay customs duties?

Depends on a destination country it could be charged customs tax. O'Honey Lemon is not responsible for any customs duties, international taxes and other fees of international shipment as these bare the responsibility of the purchaser. For more information on customs regulations, please contact your local customs office directly. 

If you decide not to pay the customs fee, your order will be returned to our office. We will refund orders which would be returned due to unpaid customs duties.

What should I do if I wrote a wrong address?

If you suspect a lost delivery, please contact us at info@ohoneylemon.com, quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

1. Customized, used, opened and final sale products are not eligible for returns.

 

2. Orders may be returned if:

a.    The order is new, unused/unworn, and unopened

b.    The order was not purchased on final sale

c. The order is returned within 14 days of receipt, excluding original shipping costs

    

3. Return prosses

Please check all conditions of return, if your order is expected to be returned, please send your order and its original packing slip to the next address:

Finland /The Netherlands

 

Any order returned to the wrong address (for example, the address was not provided in the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

If you are looking to make an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, please note which item(s) you would like to receive on your original packing slip.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

 

4. Money return

After we receive a return of your order, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Your payment will be sent on your card, excluding non-refundable shipping costs. In some cases, refunds may take up to two weeks (14 days) due to processing refund by the payment providers.

If you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please contact us at info@ohoneylemon.com. Please note, on national holiday periods it may take longer to receive of a refund due to banks opening hours.
